Participating in the Community Donation Programme (CDP) is easy.
- Download the form
- Ask the candidates to support your community group, P&C, charity, or club by pledging to advertise on Voteeasy.com.au when nominations close.
- Once you have collected the candidates signature/s email the completed form back to voteeasy@voteeasy.com.au
- Once your candidates completed their registration on the voteeasy.com.au website, Voteeasy will make a donation to the relevant group to honour the candidates pledge.
Note – To keep the donations in your community, candidates are encouraged to support local community groups.
Conditions
- $50 donation per candidate per election to the community group that has received the candidates pledge and after the candidate completes their registration on voteeasy.com.au
- Candidates are encouraged to pledge to local community groups (self-regulated).
- Candidates can only pledge to one community group per election.
- If a candidate pledges to more than 1 group, the first signed form received by Voteeasy will be the recognised recipient.
- Donations will be paid as soon as practicable, but no later than 4 weeks from candidates registration.
- If candidate fails to honour pledge, no donation will be paid.
- Political parties and candidates are excluded from collecting donations from Vote Easy, this is a community programme to benefit the community.
Programme is subject to change and our discretion will resolve all disputes.
